USNS FALL RIVER is the fourth ship in the SPEARHEAD - class of Expeditionary Fast Transports and the second ship in the Navy to bear the name. Since August 1, 2021, the FALL RIVER is kept in a reduced operating status which means that the ship is inactive but it can be activated within 45 days to support fleet operations.
